Sleepless nights

Hi all doc doubled my night time tablets to help me sleep I'm still up 4/5 time for the loo does anyone else get this x

Hi, Yes I was the same last night. I do drink alot as the cocodamol make me so thirsty. I'm always on loo to be fair could be weak bladder? Hope you sleep better tonight x

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and it may be a case of giving the tablets a little time to work for you? If they do not then it may be advisable to revisit your GP and explain the situation to them? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

i've had the same problem for years. have found that if take my pills before getting ready for bed it helps a bit. i am now trying to stop drinking any liquids after 8:00 p.m. hoping that helps. will see....

I've tried that sometimes it may help I get up 2/3 times but fingers crossed it works for you x
