hi went to town for shopping,was sore and dizzy.saw HRHPrincess Anne she was at save the children shop in Carlisle.didn't know she was coming.

Well done for getting out. I am a great fan of the Princess Royal I think she is a unsung heroine. Our paper shows the Court Circulars that shows what the Royals are doing each day and just reading what she does makes me want to take to my bed the other day she did 8 things and the charities she seems to support like the CAB and Carers Uk and Save The Children aren't always the ones that get the publicity. Hope you aren't too exhausted from your trip.x
