I have only been told in the last 6weeks that I have this condition . Which did not come to me as to much of a surprise as I have suffered most of the symptoms over the years and have seen doctors which have told me it is arthritis and it's your age I would not mind but I am on,y 67years old. Anyway I am really glad I found this site it is great talking to prople who are like yourself.

Welcome to the forum as usual it is such a shame when we see a new Fibromites name come up as we always live in the hope that they will find a cure so no one else has to suffer.

There is masses of information on our Mother site that you can dip into and everyone is lovely on this site and tries to help people out by sharing their experiences and any knowledge we have gathered along the way so ask away with any questions you have and we will try and provide some answers or at least emphathise.

It is a fun site, we are a bit scatty at times and some of us have very vivid imaginations so we have many virtual events and holidays which make us laugh and take our minds off our woes. Do join in or just read the posts if you don;t feel like contributing as they can be very funny at times.x

Thank you fior the message it is such a shick ti find out that you have such a thing and there is really nothing you can do about it. I feel now that it has taken over my whole life and family and friends just do not understand what is happening. I suppose it is harder for them. Anyway thanks again.
