I have good news on my shoulder blade. All I need to get a some kind of a shot and a gel cream to be rub on. I even do my PT. Thank God that I don't have to have surgery done on my shoulder blade.

Could I ask for a bit more info? Most of my pain began and intensifies in my shoulder blades. I cant use anti-inflams. like Nurofen, or deep heat type creams.

I'm glad you dodged the bullet on surgery! :) Tulip xx
