over whelmed by people resposnding to my question. I am saying thanks to you all. I didn't know other people felt like me. Im not in a good place in my head at the moment and I don't want to feel like im winging on or feeling sorry for myself cause I don't, but thanks all for the advice. I am looking into getting an exercise bike that one of you recommended. thanks again.
