Painful burning spots on arm
That is terrible it is like a vicious circle as the more we itch the more it itches.
I've found Eurax has helped me with itching and Lanacane is good if the skin is broken. Always try to keep your skin well moisturised with something that has no perfume in and put it on when the skin is just moist after a shower as for some reason it seems to be absorbed better and then put the anti itching cream of choice on afterwards.Sometimes taking a simple anti hystamine tablet available from the chemist can just be enough to stop the cycle as several help with skin irritation as well as they aren;t just for itchy eyes and sneezing.
Have you got it all the time or is this a more occasional thing? Just wondering whether you could have some kind of allergy perhaps to a cream or some food. Various garden plants can cause problems as well.If it is not all the time might be worth keeping a simple diary of what you eat to see whether you can identify a cause.
If it is a persistant problem I think you need to see your Gp or a Dermo about it?
Let us know how you get on.x
Hi
Yes I get these. If you have a look at my previous posts I put up some pics.
Do yours look anything like this?
xx
I do not experience anything of this nature but I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck with finding the answers that you are looking for. I would discuss this with your GP just to get other things ruled out of the equation.
All my hopes and dreams for you

sounds like Urticaria to me (allergic reaction) Suggest you call GP tomorrow, if it is you can take antihistamine which should help. I'm on smaller dose every day which usually keeps it at bay. Sometimes it can spread, swollen lips and eyes. It would get me so desperate I would use blunt side of long pair of scissors and scrape them down my arms and legs! It is not pleasant, but it is treatable. Wish you well! Tulip xx
