Hi Hayl1983, I can completely understand where you're coming from. Are you on anything to help you sleep? II'm on 50mgs amitriptyline every night and it really helps. Gentle hugs, Julie xxx

Hello and welcome, you have found the right place for lots of info and understanding, have you seen your GP about sleep problems, there are meds that help a little, I find guided relaxation CDs are helpful, it takes practice but is useful. Hope you find a solution soon. Lou xx

Welcome Hayl1983 ! :)

Sorry to hear you are having trouble sleeping which may be impacting on your Fibro symptoms. I wondered also if you have had a recent blood test as also Vitamin D deficiency can also impact on your symptoms alongside low B12 & Magnesium.

Can I provide you with this FAQ about treatments for Fibro where it mentions sleeping issues too;

healthunlocked.com/fibroact...

Within our Expert Patient range series information on the website it mentions deficiencies, diet & supplements which you may find helpful;

fibroaction-public.sharepoi...

I hope this helps & I am sure others will comment with tips too

Best Wishes

Emma :)
