Hello suzi, Welcome to the furum and yes i get pains in my shins that feel as though i have been kicked by a horse. As for the nausea that i get with dizzyness usually when i have over done it.
The only thing that i can do is clime into bed and wait for it to pass.
If it is causing you a lot of trouble have a word with your doctor
they should be able to give you some anti sickness tablets.
Hugs sue, see you around.
Hi Suzi
Welcome to our lovely forum
Yes, I get pain right through to the bone in the majority of my body. I also get so nauseous I really struggle to eat.
As Sue said it's definitely worth asking your GP if you can try an anti-sickness medication.
You'll find everyone here very kind and caring. We all try our best to support each other even though we are suffering ourselves.
Look forward to seeing you around
Hugs Lu xx

Hello - just to say that yes I do get pain in my bones - mainly my joints - often hurts my knees to get up, or climb stairs. Also my finger joints, and others, depending on what I've been up to. Hope you find something to help. I like baths full of epsom salts to help ease the aches.
