Going through a difficult time at the moment, had a bit of a breakdown this morning. Found myself in my daughters bedroom, was talking to them about feeling out of control in my space, in my home. I broke down. Just going through a difficult time. I have a hospital appointment coming up. So much to talk about, just don't know where to begin.
Thanks for the gentle hugs.
Better days to you all.

I can sympathize with you .I have been feeling terrible this weekend ,very tearful and confused. So much so I have spent most off today crying. I started talking to my husband about how I was feeling which then resulted in me crying for over an hour. Now I feel exhausted and empty.
I had my Pip consultation coming up this Friday ,but they have gone and cancelled it . So now have to wait for another two weeks.
So sorry to hear they have cancelled your PIP meeting, It is so awful when you have built yourself up to something like that only to have it cancelled at the last minute. Hope a new date comes soon and that you get the right outcome.x
Yes it can all get on top of you sometimes and coping is very hard. Sometimes you just have to voice how you feel rather than trying to be brave and keeping it all inside you.
As Lu says it would be good to make some notes before the consultation. You could keep a mini journal at the end of each day of the symptoms and things you found difficult, sleep patterns etc and what made the exhaustion and pain flare which could give the consultant a good picture. I know when you get there it is often difficult to remember what you want to say it is as though the brain freezes over.
Hope you are feeling a little better and the consultation goes well.x
thanks for your words of encouragement, I think I may have been misunderstood. When I said I had do much to talk about I meant here, with people who understand. Never done this before. The hospital appointment is to find out if I have yet another condition. Been having big problems with my hands, wrists elbows, feet and shoulders. It's not the fibro. My gp is hoping (in his own words) that it's carpel tunnel syndrome and not rheumatism. I am feeling better thanks.
Carpel tunnel syndrome can have a knock on effect with shoulders etc as with the pain etc you can tend to hold that side of your body very tense. My husband had the same problems but had a very successful operation for it. Do hope they find something they can easily treat.
