Pain itself often modifies the way the central nervous system works, so that a patient actually becomes more sensitive and gets more pain with less provocation. That sensitization is called “central sensitization” because it involves changes in the central nervous system (CNS) in particular — the brain and the spinal cord. Sensitized patients are not only more sensitive to things that should hurt, but also to ordinary touch and pressure as well (Ingragam 2011 updated 2013)
i read it and yes it does light up a light bulb . its ties in with i do something and instead of feeling normal afterwards i feel like ive done a really hard going exercise class
its like by body can no longer differentuate between normal movement and hard exercise , so it goes straight to worse scenario shes just done a hard going exercise class so she s going to hurt . so yes its like it says over excited cns . that cant differentuate between normal movement and abnormal . it classifies everything as abnormal . i waw given muscle relaxants twice during pregnancys o stop me from premature labour re hyperuterine contractions . and ive had muscle joint pains ever since then damage discs horse bite to waist lifting ribs at the same time and also have osteo arthritis and ibs . interestingly my horse bite has a capsulated lump of scar tissue that flares up ever so often and my fybropains go through the roof . .
