Hi, Sophie & Jayne! I'm still pretty new myself, but have found answers & support to be in abundance, even to this "outsider" from the US! I just happened upon the Forum, but I'm so very happy that I have been quickly accepted & welcomed, because I haven't found anything similar here at my "residence."

No one is judged here, and all are free to ask for what they need. As we all know, that can be a lot ~ esp. when Fibromyalgia is "raging" ...
