Hi Im New!

Hello! I am glad I found this group. I am new to Fibromyalgia since I was diagnosed last April 2017. Glad to see some advice and experience at the tip of my fingers! As sometimes impossible to drive and go out there to meet up with a group. I will get on and do some more reading now and learn more about this condition! Cheers to all!!

Hello HappyMoi and a warm welcome to our friendly fibro forum where you can get advice, support, help and understanding along with a chuckle or two to lighten the day.

Our mother site fmauk.org has a wealth of information including guides and links and includes a list of support groups. Also if you go to your user/profile name at the top of the page, click, you will see "People near you" which could help you with making a fibro friend.

Having a diagnosis of fibro can seem confusing and intimidating even though you now have a name to the pain and fatigue you have been suffering. Give yourself time to find out as much as you can, the NHS also has a good site. nhs.uk/Conditions/Fibromyal...

Thanks Creativeness1! Its one of those moments when we needed to stop and take a picture! Its all like that from Villasimius to Cagliari, Sardinia. 1.5 hour drive of Panoramic view!

I must be honest, I did not sleep very well last night so today was not very great for me. I was determined though not to get stressed about it (stress is my worst trigger) but thank you very much for for all of you. You make me feel so welcomed. I really feel I belong here. Thank you soooo much.
