Feeling quite well at the moment after my injections, still having problems sleeping with restless legs, haven't been on as I have gone Back to work, fortunately my manager has been awesome and very understanding, the other managers have been horrible, even though they have had all the reports from the specialist, I'm sure they think I have been faking it, as I have been off work for 5 weeks, when I have got back the office manager has doubled my work load, which without any doubt can't be done, but hey I'm tough, I hope everyone is doing well

Health Food Store I go to carries "STOPS LEG & Foot cramps In about one minute". you pour a small cap full into 3/4 small glass of water and drink it. If you are in your kitchen, by time you get back in bed, it leg cramps are gone. My daughter found this for me, IT WORKS ! Been so bad, I am in tears, drink this amazing stuff and truly within a minute the restlessness is gone and have immediate relief. I have checked online for this product and found it very expensive. Pay $6.95 for 8 oz bottle at store. Hope this helps someone struggeling with restless legs .
