I just wrote a long post to introduce myself..........and while I was trying to add a photo it all suddenly disappeared! I am now exhausted! So here is the shortened version!
I was " officially" diagnosed with FMS about 20 years ago and coped quite well for a long time. Three years ago, with the onset of the "visible" signs of the menopause, it started to go wild and still is.
Sorry, can't manage any more typing at the mo! Goodness, what am I like?!! Xx

Ah, thank you so much Fibro rocker. Yes, I do enjoy the humour and on a good day can contribute to that! I know the feeling....my brain is foggy too and my concentration nil. I used to love reading but can't anymore.
You've found a lovely place, with some lovely people who are all in the same boat as you.
Next time you post if you click Community at the end this will lock your post onto this site, and any information you contribute will be secure on here.
If I'm writing a long post, I copy it half way through and again at the end. This way if you lose it, you can just paste it back in again.
Look forward to chatting with you when Fibro fog and fatigue allows 😳
Thank you Blue mermaid, everyone is so welcoming. Thanks for the advice to click on community, I wouldn't have known that. As for copy and paste.....in the words of Manuel and phonetically speaking "Kay?" Or as I would normally say "don't you swear at me!!!!!"
Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I genuinely hope that you find the forum useful, informative and loads of fun! I have pasted you a link to our mother site, FibroAction which hosts loads of useful Fibro information:
