I've had fibro for over 20 years have tried everything to ease the pain, but I'm afraid to say I'm getting worse ,my daily struggle with just going to work is hell.

I have tried supplements in the past didn't think they did much, but willing to try again ,is there anything that anyone has tried that they feel a benefit from.

Physical therapy and taping along with some muscle relaxers helped me. I too have had Fibro a long time. Meditation also helps if you can find the time. I hope you find relief even if just a little. Sometimes a little goes a long way.

Hi Linda, I take a Magnesium supplement which has been quite helpful, particularly since a magnesium deficiency can cause general aches and pains. There are several different formats; I take Magnesium Malate as the Malate part helps with energy, but I have seen others recommend Magnesium Stearate not really sure which is best probably down to each individual as to which form suits. I do also wear a magnetic therapy bracelet which I have had for over a year, I certainly saw an improvement in my headaches when I started wearing it. Sportsmen wear them to improve performance and speed the recovery process; not sure exactly how it works but it might help. If you google trionz it will take you to the site where I got mine, they usually have a few in clearance so you don't have to pay to much to see if it helps. Hope some of this info helps and I hope you manage to get your symptoms a little more under control. Gentle hugs. Steph

Magnesium citrate is the most absorable form, vitamin C helps with collagen repair and fibromites tend to have tiny tears in their muscles causing the pain.

Tai chi and yoga help me to ease muscle pain even if I just do the breathing.

A light Massage eased my back pain and physiotherapy helped my neck stiffness.

Diet makes a difference too though not a weight loss plan I dont follow any particular diet just Cutting down dairy, sugar and fast food. Adding more antioxidants fruits, veg and soya milk as it is rich in B12

Hope it helps all the best x

This is probably an unpopular option but I would absolutely be considering doing a coffee enema regime, alongside vegetable juicing. Max Gerson was using coffee enemas with his cancer patients...6 per day - he used them for pain releif. So definitely woth a go if you are truly desperate.

I am so sorry to read that and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to your Fibro. I use a TENS Machine which does give me some relief.

All my hopes and dreams for you
