I have been diagnosed with fibromalgia a year ago I just been diagnosed with D JD disease I haven't worked over a year I need help can someone help me

Some treatments seem better than others and as we're all different it's a matter of talking to your doctor and finding a regime that suits you. I say regime advisedly as I, like others, find it's not painkillers alone.

DJD may or may not be related and may require modifications in your treatment. Arthritis feels similar, I know, I have Fibro and arthritis among other things.
