Hi susanna,

Are you in the UK? If so you may qualify for attendants allowance. My mum is 65 and suffers really badly with osteoarthritis and she recently got awarded this. It might help to talk to your local citizens advice bureau - they were really kind and helpful to my mum and me.

I hope this helps

Take care

Hello Susanna,

Could I point you to our mother site fibroaction.org where you will find a lot of information about benefits and there are also links I think to other sites which can help. Also as Becky has said the CAB are always very good at helping you with these matters if you have one locally.

Sending lots of positive healing vibes your way, I can hear your desperation from your post.
