3.30am where I live (scotland) and the birds are up already and chirping away and I've not had a wink of sleep yet, new sleeping tablets clearly haven't worked yet haha
Hope everyone else is managing to sleep 😁

Yes, I was feeling rough last night so went for a lie down at 7.30 and have only just got up.
Hi Lyndsay
I was awake 2-7 then managed to get an hour... I was given new sleeping tablets but there not working either xx
Hi guys, I am really sorry for your insomnia. I've had a lot of that lately, but the last two days I did too much and slept like a rock, too long in fact. But . . . as per usual, it's flexeril and vicodin today. Rest and a cup or two o' joe.
Now here is one I never heard of. A lot of meds have side effects of drowziness. Benadryl and most sleep aids are worthless for me too.
My psychiatrist (I'm also Bipolar) prescribed a mood stabilizer/mild antipsychotic in a very low dose. (ziprexa) I don't imagine this med is approved just for sleep . . . I could ask at my next appt. in a month.
I wish there was an easy fix. Take care and may winken blinken and nod pay you a visit soon.
try Milo its great, mam swears by it
I am so sorry to read that and I genuinely hope that you can get some sleep tonight.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
