Hope you all enjoying the beautiful spring weather in the UK. Has anybody out there every tried a supplement called Glutathione or something that helps the body make it called MaxGXL? I have been fibro for 8 years now and have only just come across this stuff and wondered whether it's simply more quackery or really useful? Please let me know if you have any personal experience, good or bad! Either for fibromyalgia or some other condition.

I had not heard of this so I have done a bit of reading and it does actually sound quite interesting. I have pasted you a link from WebMD relating to glutathione:
Glutathione is involved in many processes in the body, including tissue building and repair, making chemicals and proteins needed in the body, and for the immune system.
Please let me know how you get on with it if you decide to give it a go?
