I'm glad you posted this it's the most confusing medication ever, I have been on statins for a couple of years on and off and would love to have a definitive answer, the biggest problem with any controversy is that the authors of the reports all seem to have their own agenda to such a point we don't know which way to turn with this one. Lou x

There has been quite a lot on the news about this recently, but the advice is not to stop them without consulting your GP or Medical Specialist first.
