The moment when you've struggled all the way upstairs to fetch something & then forgotten what you've come up for! It's took a trip round every room to remember the washing basket. Me thinks it's going to be a bad day lol x

As my screen name suggests, I have perfected the art form that is fibro fog, and lurks round every corner waiting to pull a quick one on me

Seriously though, it is very annoying, but I find if I divert my mind to something completely different suddenly the fog lifts for a milli second and if I'm lucky, I vaguely remember what it was.

So don't think you are alone, that is little comfort when you are struggling to remember something, but I find knowing it's not just me does help even just a tiny bit.
