Thank you all for the support that you show each other and for the help and advice which is never more than a few clicks of the mouse away.
It is easy to get into a rut with a chronic illness such as Fibromyalgia because of the constant pain and there are times when we can be forgiven for feeling a bit sorry for ourselves. I try to be as positive as possible and not let it control me - I won't let it beat me and I am so grateful that I have your support in maintaining this positive attitude.
