Try drinking allow Vera in a pint of water everyday and mild oxygen therapy around 1lpm at 90% or 3lpm at 30% purity for 40 minutes a day
Has been coming and going with me of late, it seems much worse at night and I can't for the life of me relate it to anything I am doing like eating or not eating.
Sorry you are suffering this, some medication can irritate the stomach, mention this to your GP as help is available . Hope you feel better soon. xx
My mum always swore by milk. Me, I just swore. Sorry, when I was pregnant, I drank gaviscon by the bottle. Now I'm on Lansoprazole and eating Rennes by the box. I'm seeing my gp on Monday to see about trying another med to see if that will help. Good luck and gentle hugs, Julie xxx
Hi veggiemomma
I am so sorry to read that you are experiencing indigestion, and I genuinely hope that you can find the answers that you are looking for. I have ''Ranitadine'' on prescription as it gets so bad at times. My Consultant told me that my food pipe was weak and slightly bent and the internal acid flap that should protect you from acid reflux constantly opened and this is why I have the problem.
If it persists or gets any worse it may be best to discuss the issue with your GP or Medical Specialist? I want to wish you all the best of luck with this.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Eating a banana really helped ease mine. Also try and eat little and often rather than have large meals. I'd had night time soreness in my stomach for years. Then earlier this year I gave in and took a course of medication (Lansoprazole) from my GP. Now I've been fine for several months - such a relief!
A natural remedy - yes I have one. Activated Charcoal, you can buy it cheaply on the Internet. I took 4 with each meal for a few days, then gradually reduced it over 3 months and now only use it as needed. Helps with all irritable bowel and heartburn issues. Also I found that when I started taking pro-biotics indigestion and heartburn became non-existent but the pro-biotics do make me a bit constipated and I have to take all bran with it. We do talk personal here!!!! Love and hugs x
Hi, I have indigestion or have been getting it again recently not known why however i was concerned as i take medication to prevent it had my gall bladder removed a few years ago and problem sorted. But before my recent surgery they did three ecgs on me as my heart rate was through the roof so that said to get myself checked and i didn't but if it continues to keep coming back and i recommend you do too as women have heart attacks different to men as they get indigestion like pains which are in chest back near shoulder blades and up into the face so if things get worse or keep coming its always worth getting it checked out have a sort of MOT just to make sure everything is in working order. Take care x
Hi Veggiemomma, I have suffered really badly for the last few years, when it is bad my heart races and I feel bloated and uncomfortable. I've tried all the prescription remedies such as Gaviscon, Omeprazole and a few others that I can't remember. My doctor told me I could be lactose intolerant and I have gone on to soya milk. It has relieved it a lot, it's not perfect but better than it was. My doctor is now looking at gluten intolerance as well , as I also have severe IBS and can't eat fruit or veg, which I love, I'm going to end up with nothing to eat at all, just think of the weight I'll lose!!! Take care, Hugs, Linda xx
Thank you all for the help, will try a few of your suggestions, and mention it on my next visit to the gp. Will have to write a list!
