ESA Doctors Letter

Hi Could any one please tell me if GP's are allowed to use section 29 or 35 in their support letters when applying for ESA. I would be grateful for any information for what I have read on various sites is a bit confusing.x

Not sure which sections they are but gp can write on the blank box towards the back. You can also attach letters from Dr's, other proof or relevant info to your condition/application.

If you type in `blacktrianglecampaign.org ` you should get the information that you need. It looks a bit complicated you may want to ask the CAB for help.
