Thought members may be interestedin this article on ginger, I use ginger all the time and it helps immensley. BUT if you are a sufferer of high blood pressure and get treatment for it from your GP you should not ingest ginger xxx

if you have GP treatment for you blood Pressure you cannot ingest ginger lol, but if you have NO BP problems you can use ginger, so be careful, don't want to read headlines such as 'fibro womans post kills fellow member' xxxxx
Nope, I don't have any meds for it, but it's not a thing I enjoy greatly to munch on anyway, and heaven forfend that such a headline should ever occur 
so panic not hehehe

lol Foggy, put some ginger in your cooking then. I make up hot drinks using bitter lemon low calorie of course and low calorie ginger ale, and whilst full of a very heavy cold I add to paracetamol and leave it to dissolve as the liquids are boiling away lol, works wonders for me xxxx Lin
EEEsssh, sorry that doesn't sound like it's something I could even countenance swallowing, I don't like bitter lemon and never have, plus you may have seen my comment about low calorie drinks and the effects of aspartame, but thank you so so much for the kind thoughts.....which come straight back to you with healing vibes
