Had my Atos meeting yesterday was in pain when I went cos I had a bad flare up and afterward made even worse trying to wriggle round

My arms and across my shoulders and slowly going down my spine and hips are quite painful

I really hope the Atos assessor took note of the pain you must have been in, I understand the stress of attending the Atos centre and the effect it can have on your condition.

Just be glad its all over and reward yourself with some relaxing me time now, I wish you best wishes in a positive outcome to your assessment...

That's the one I am glad of that it's over and done but it's made me feel worse and now I gotta wait 8 weeks it took half hour so I don't no if that's good or bad I couldn't sit still or stand so I had to move round to ease the pain

Hi Ross. I have been wondering how you were since we havnt heard from you lately.

I think that them finishing the interview quickly was probably a good sign, fingers crossed and I am so sorry to hear about the pain you are in.

Now you need to sit down and indulge your self, maybe a cup of chamamile tea to help you to relax.
