Not Receiving Any Posts ??

Hello All

For the last 2 days I have not been receiving anybody's post's, which I always used to is there a problem with the site, I checked my setting's & they have not changed, so I should be receiving post's each day like I normally would, can anyone help please

Hello jay. Are you on the original site or the new Beta site that is being tested.

Is it messages on the site or E mails.

There are a few problems at the moment with the new site and it would help to know more.

Yes I am on the new beta site, it's the email notifications of the post's. have not received any today either, so that's 3 days now.

Hi jay. If you click on the light bulb you can send a message direct to the Teckies. The are very nice and will get it sorted for you.

I have been getting email notifications of posts that are several months old. Must be a glitch in the system?

I also had a couple of days last week, where my" health unlocked" posts were sent to my spam box!! All well now though...

Oh sorry! I have pasted a HU message below if you click on the link below you will be returned to the aurora system and away from the beta system. Maybe this will do the trick?

Thank You for the link, but sadly it did not change me back to the old site, so I'm still on the Beta Version. I'm still not getting any email notification's either.

Also tonight every time I click on posts that I have written nothing happens it seems I am locked out of my own post's ???

This is getting so frustrating now, I have cleared the cache on my computer, deleted all browsing history, logged out of this site (several times) & logged back in, only to repeat the process all over again, I really don't know what to try now.

Oh & to find your replies & other's replies I had to search through the last 4/5 days posts which took ages.

Hope you or someone can help me sort this problem out

That is a nightmare for you! The only other thing I can think of is to click on the light bulb on the right hand side and enter it all on that, and this should go through to HU.

Hello All, I just wanted to say a very big Thank You to all who tried to help me sort out the problem (above) that I was having last week, I am now receiving the notification's of post's.

But I think I will have to send another request to HealthUnlocked, as I am still on the beta site & when I go to my User Post's/User Activity I have to click on one of my post's that I want to read/check & then re-load the page before my post will open so I can read the replies.

I'm not complaining it's just weird.
