Email notifications ???

I have not been receiving any email notifications for a couple of days, have checked my Profile and nothing has changed regarding my settings etc, ???

the new launch platform seems to have hit a hitch.

it is across all HU sites, I believe.

few email notifications seem to be happening.

I'm sure "normal service will be resumed" shortly.

Thanks for your reply still not receiving any notifications at all, it has just taken me 10 mins to find my recent activity the menu has changed (recent activity) is no longer there, hope they sort it all out soon, xx

Morning All,

You may need to go into your account by clicking on your picture between Communities & Support, the drop down menu says Email Preferences. Please try going there to change the settings to receive the notifications required.

I have tried what you suggested several times even changing my email preferences but am still not receiving any email notifications, or are they still turned off ?
