This week I have been experiencing bone pain and more joint pain than usual. It is crippling pain, nothing like I usually have and has gradually got worse.
I've also been exhausted, even tho I've not had a busier week than normal and feel so larthargic, to the point I can barely keep my eyes open!
I also have a temperature & a bursting headache.
Does anyone know what this could be?

I am so sorry to read that you are feeling so unwell, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this problem. I am not a doctor but from what you have written it sounds like a very nasty virus? I know that I have been feeling under the weather but I have been struggling with the heat all week.
I genuinely hope that you start to feel better soon, and these symptoms start to subside. If you feel like this after the weekend, it may be prudent to discuss how you feel with your GP, just to have anything else ruled out.
It sounds like a flu type virus to me as this causes aches and pains alongside a temperature which can make you sleepy hope you are feeling better soon xx
So sorry to read you have felt so awful, I have had more joint pain and muscle soreness lately too. It sounds like you have a virus on top of all that, make sure you rest up and drink plenty of fluids. Feel better soon. Hugs x
Sounds like your getting a consensus of opinions. I think they're right. Many people are more susceptible, whether they have fibro or not. Take csre of yourself, do the usual you would for a flu or cold: fluids, rest, etc.
I hope you're felling better soon. Just don't expect the fatigue to go away as quickly as when you didn't have fibro. Keep up your healthy, healing routine and give yourself every break you can. Demand it, lol. Take care. Oh, btw, if it hangs on too long or gets worse, be sure to see your doctor.
