Click on the yellow button on near the top of the page that is labelled 'create a post'

A new page appears to create the post. In the first box write down the title of your post / picture. In the box underneath write any test that you want to add.

Then, in the last box labelled 'Image Optional' you will see a box and a button, the button says 'choose file' click on this, and you will be able to upload your puppy picture!

You will then be asked to choose a category, there is a 'pets corner' but it is up to you if you want to not choose a category.

Then at the bottom of the page click on to the long yellow bar saying 'preview' to see how it all looks before pressing post!

Good luck with doing this, and we love a puppy picture on the forum.

Oh dear poor you, I so understand about shoulders keeping you awake, prior to my shoulder replacement sleep was in very short supply. One new shoulder later and much better but getting ready for the next one to be done. Healing thoughts coming your way in largeamounts.
