That reminds me of my daughter when grating enough cheese for a party, she complained that she could do with an automatic cheese grater. She looked very sheepish when I pointed out that she had got one, It`s called a food prossesor.

I am very gateful, no pun intended, that I have a good selection of kitchen gadgets. hugs sue

This has made me think about sammyj1985 post on clumsiness. I must get a kindle. I have "The Complete Sherlock Holmes" and it's just too plain heavy to hold long enough to read any decent amount :(

I bought a kindle for that very reason, I was almost at the point of not being able to read for more than 10 minutes at a time, crisis!

Hehehe. I hate the word Disabled. Less strong or less mobile is ok. It's kind of great we're getting lazier as a race because there are so many labour saving devices on offer. I remember going into a museum and seeing my twin tub in there, yet they were the last word when they came out. So many gadgets fit people who cant grip anymore. Tracker pads on laptops are great and the keys are so easy to press, and tablets, well. Though I fond some things are less help. I wonder if it takes longer to clean a food processor than to use it :(

So apparently are tomatoes and peppers and other nightshade (solanum) family flare for IBS too. I wonder if that's true for potatoes. :( All south American plants but how many of them we use. :)

Hi nothingwrong

I am so sorry to read that. I must admit that I am lactose intolerant so I will give the chunky cheese a miss thank you.

Hope your arm feels better soon.

Do you have bourbon sarnies?

Thanks for the invitation to share your sarnie. Love cheese jobs. Will bring some home made chutney. I invested in food processor. However good they may be but you have to have the wear with all to cut things small enough to fit. Man about the kitchen does all my perpetration these days. Or he lives off exciting beans on toast. Chopping is a killer it reads havoc on my shoulder and neck. It's one of a ,it's of things that send the pain ometer skywards.

Sending you a gentle hug and muscle soothing vibes.
