Hi Cookie72...I've not.been on the website for a few weeks hence the late reply!!

I have found a group in Chadwell heath. I did attend and am so glad I.did. it was so refreshing to hear that im not suffering alone!!!

I have had the worst flair up and am having a lot.of trouble keeping.clam and relaxed. I think a support group will be extremely.beneficial for me.

Yes i do .. It is in the diabetic centre back of the station and run by the NHS all of the members have fibro ... The group is this after noon will in box you the fibro mobile no.. You will find me at the other end lol.
