Looking for a Fibro Group

I live in Birmingham UK and am looking round for a fibro group to attend... does anyone know of any local groups that I could inquire about joining in the Birmingham area.... I feel this may help if I can connect with others, like yourself, understand my conditions better...

I am new to this site, have you found any support groups or attended. I also live in the birmingham area and suffer from fibromyalgia. I would like to join a support group associated with my illness, as you can become very isolated, depressed and I would like to share with others who understand.
