When your child (no matter how old they are) gives you, your card, your flowers, your chocolates and their love today, just remember this: YOU are the most special person in the whole wide world to those who love you!

Enjoy YOUR day, as this particular Mothers Day will never come again!

I am so sorry to read that my friend, and I genuinely understand your pain. I was there when my mum so sadly passed away. I felt so helpless and lost, but I vowed I would never forger her and I never will.

I hope that you feel well as you can be today? I will light another candle later and think of you and your mum, as well.

All my hopes and dreams for you my friend

Hi Cookie72

Thank you so much for that. I share your sentiment, as I lost my mum a long time ago as she passed away too young. So at times like this I light a candle and place flowers on the grave. I then remember all the wonderful times that we shared and the love that she held for me.

Take care

Lovely card Ken, my first today.

So far I am the only one up, made my own breakfast and I am just about to make a cuppa. Any one want one while I have the kettle on? :)

Happy Mother's Day to ALL, Enjoy!

I 've had a cuppa in bed, a bracelet & Chinese Baoding Iron Balls :)

Baoding balls date back to Ming Dynasty (1368 -1644) , chinese medical theory of 'Jingluo' so it's been very Zen like here ! They are very relaxing & apparently stimulate the acupuncture points - so a very thoughtful present from my 2yr old!

Hope everyone is feeling smiley today :)

Emma :)

You have a lovely daughter Emma who knows her stuff already definitely taking after mommy :)

My OH has some Baoding balls maybe I should give them a code of looking at :)

Wishing you a day full of smiles and sunshine and of course fluffies will be knocking on the door soon :)
