What you all up to?

Hi everyone,hope you are all having a super time in this wonderful weather we are having at the moment,would love to hear what some of you lovely peeps are enjoying in this glorious sunshine even if it is just a well deserved soak in the sun!!! Love to all Della xxx

I'm lying on the bed with the fan on lol.

I don't get on with hot weather and it's currently 29 degrees in my bit of Southampton

I could just eat a nice ice cream but haven't got any and Asda is a 10 minute walk away ( might as well be 10 miles ! )

Lol! i know what you mean,some days what should be a wee walk seems to be the longest ever! I had to have the fan on last night as i just couldn't get to sleep with the heat,i had cavity wall insulation put in about 3 years ago and boy do you notice in the hot weather my bedroom is like a sauna! Hope you got some ice cream! Love Dellaxxx

Hi della,

I love my husband........he got the table, chairs and parasol out, so I didn't have to sit directly in the sun. Then he filled the padding pool for my 4 year old granddaughter to play in. What fun! Chilled apple squash to keep me hydrated and watching Lexi (my best girl) slathered in sun cream, splashing around and chasing her mother with a filled mini watering can, the best distraction technique. Who could ask for more.

I have been chilling in my lovely garden with my 2 westies, we have a pond with lots of fish and the oldest westie loves "his" fish and is always watching and listening to them its hilarious!!! We have 2 large Koi and he touches them with his nose!!!! x x x x x

I love Westies they are such characters! I have 2 Labradors one black and one chocolate,i love them LOADS! Our wonderful dogs keep us going!! Love Della xxxxxx

Had a fabulous day in the garden making the most of the (Belgian) sunshine. Now tucked up in bed discovering this great website with my three-legged cat for company. xx

Had a lovely day today! Bought myself a lovely large bunch of flowers with the help of my carer today from the local florist. I don't tend to get out shopping etc much because of the pain I get from walking so this was a real treat! Am super happy....with flowers smiling down on me from my bedside table whilst I type. Yay! Love to everyone. xxx

hi every 1 ive had a brilliant wk end my bf stayed Friday night & my youngest daughter & son in law came here yesterday & told me i was going theirs 4 the night & that it was sorted 4 me 2 get my hair cut. it took us about 1hr 2 walk 2 theirs ( they do the walk in 20mins ), I was in so much pain i wanted 2 cry but it was worth it as i dont go out much. I thought id b ok walking back home 2 day but it took us just over 2hrs get here,that was 4hrs ago. im still in alot of pain but it was worth it my hair looks/feels great & ive not been down once love & gentle hugs 2 every 1 xxx
