Happy Halloween to all! Hoping all have a great day. Weather here in the USA South East is too warm for this time of year and very dry, we are breaking high temperature records. Good and bad - but it is pleasant lots of sunshine. Still the body must know it is Autumn LOL.

How I envy you, I'm in Aberdeen Scotland it's very grey and damp. The weather really affects how I feel, how I long to be somewhere warm and sunny it makes me feel so much better and I can achieve a lit more xx

Hi, Scottish-piglet! how very true, the weather controls our body's abilities when one has Fibro. The sun does warm the bones.. But with the warmer weather, we have to use the air conditioner! My husband has MS and too warm house not good for him and I am not a happy person with a stuff hiuse. LOL. One is never happy. 😊 I must tell you I long to visit Scotland. 😊 Also, I have cousins in UK, Tewkesbury. Wishing you all the best and your weather brightens up. Sending soft gentle hug.xx

Hi DogMamma I live near the south coast of England and it is a beautiful, warm and calm day here, which is just right for the little ones to go Trick or Treating tonight. I have a stock of chocolate biscuits, chocolate mini rolls and sweets for when they knock at my door. The grandkids only knock at the doors where there are decorations, although one year a neighbour decorated, even putting lighted pumpkins by the front door, and when they knocked the door she said no she didn't believe in it! So even that is no guarantee to a warm welcome!
