Hi larissa

I have pasted three more links relating to Restless Leg Syndrome and I hope that you find them useful? I have pasted you the NHS link on the post that you placed earlier.

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today?

Hi larissa!! I have familial essential tremor and for me it's the constant shaking that's annoying!! My hands are really very shaky and I daren't even carry a cup of coffee as I'd only have half left to drink!! Holding cutlery is also a problem, so I tend to use a spoon for most meals. I try to cut my food up small but that has sometimes resulted in me trying to cut my fingers off!!! Initially my dad had it and he thought it was Parkinson's, but tests proved it wasn't. For me it's a hereditary thing.....XXX
