Even so - exercise. Ken had an arthroscopy. Use stairs for exercise but don't over do it! :) xx

I had a flat and once back in it I didn't HAVE TO move.

Hi vixen49

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I genuinely hope that everything goes great for you and that in no time at all you are up and rearing to go!

As Mr badger says, exercise and plenty of tea and biscuits, that's the answer!

All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi vixen, I really hope that your op goes smoothly, I'm sure it will and we will all be here to keep you amused when you return. Mr Badger is very right when he said exercise and plenty of tea and biscuits, (probably not the choccy bourbons though as Ken will have hoarded them :p ) The only other bit of advice I can give is to use an ice pack on it regularly, I've had several friends who have had knee ops and all agreed ice packs helped, so I hope it might help you too !

Good wishes coming your way :-)
