I hope your all feeling as well as can be expected. Nice to see the sunshine. Yesterday at about lunchtime my brain cleared & I felt alive. Isn't it funny when that happens. You don't realise how asleep you are till that happens. Wish that happened more often it's fantastic. It's like being on holiday.
I wonder if there is any other people who feel like I do but I think I am getting a bit agrophobic. I have to really work hard to get myself to go out. It is a real hard slog & I feel a bit panicky. I am ok once I'm out. Its just getting over the doorstep.
Take care All
Thoughts are with you. Gentle hugs and squeezes

Love that feeling of actually being alive for a while. I feel that this winter I have found it harder and harder to go out. It does seem such a huge effort and always results in more pain and exhaustion, hardly worth the effort required. Strange, as being stuck indoors used to be the part of fibro that drove me mad, maybe the fibro is winning at the moment.
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I think it is wonderful when we feel alive and awake, it doesn't really happen for me very often these days, but you are quite right, it is lovely when it does.
I am sorry to read that you feel slightly panicky when you want to go out. I was just wondering if anything had happened anytime whilst you were out that could be making you feel this way?
I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to your problem.
