I went outside to let the dogs out, looked up and the sky was like this, and it was just approaching 6.00 !! I have to hold on to that, the days are getting longer and this nightmare winter will be behind us.......I hope !! :-)

Aw bless you Dee for asking! sorry but still flaring! trying very hard to get on top of it! but occasionally I am so so exhausted and in so much pain I don't know what to do with myself! but I don't expect it's any different to what you all go through! just a bad patch for me , never mind :o

Sending snuggles from the doglets and positive healing vibes from me

Glad you like it cowre :-) I would just like to say welcome to the forum, I think it is the very best one around for support and advice, together with a fairly good amount of humour, which many of us find lifts our spirits, do feel free to join in :-) You can also access a wealth of information at fibroaction.org which gives links to support groups and lots if very useful stuff, well worth taking a peek at. I hope you feel at home here very soon and look forward to seeing you about :-)
