I have problems with feeling sick but not being sick, it has made me have no interest in food and so have lost a lot of weight. I have only been diagnosed since September last year so all this is quite new to me. I am finding work increasingly difficult due to pain and lack of sleep. I totally understand how your feeling as many of us do on here.

Hi Emzy123

I am so sorry to read that you are having this problem and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution to the issue. I have metacloperamide on prescription because I also have this problem. It may be worth talking to your GP about it and see what they say?

Take care

Hi i have this problem especially when I'm overtired , I have prochlorperazine prescribed by GP I find that eating helps, just something plain, like toast. Hope things improve for you. X

Aww you poor thing. Not personally' but an old friend had it most of the time. Debilitating to say the least. I'm always astounded that people in the health professions have unsympathetic colleagues. I take it your coping mechanisms need a boost. It's clear from reading other posts pain and general unwellness and time off work are regular. It's great that you manage to get in at all. Good for you. I've just had 2 weeks off sick and I'm not looking forward to tomorrow. I can only echo the above. Gentle hugs.

Hi emzy I had the very same problem not so long ago. It was with me about two and a half months and I feel so sorry for you it is awful. If I wasn't being sick I was feeling so sick. It was there 24/7. I was back and forth to the doc when the fourth anti sickness tablet I got finally did the trick. It was called cyclizine and because it worked I was finally able to start eating and before I knew it it was gone and its not came back. I think eating little and often helps but thats not so easy when your feeling the way you are. I have some cyclizine on stand by just incase it returns but I really hope you can get it sorted. Have you been to your doc?

Hugs
