Sorry to hear about your back,hope it's better for you now.Ive got a nasty abscess and urine infection so on double lots of antibiotics feeling quite rough with it now,horrible nausea,migraines,face and neck throbbing and just plain lousy.Was doing great though till this abscess started last night but despite this Iam in quite a good space feeling positive and was feeling better since eating healthy and exercising.Iam not going to let this get me down though! xxx
