DLA OR PIP?

Hi

Over a period of 4 years I applied for DLA twice and after going back and forth ie 1st tier tribunal,2nd tier etc.I was turned down so I gave up!

Then I had my ESA assessment and with all that going on my stress levels could not cope with anything else.

New year and have decided to have another go.(Not going to let the b******* get me down and beat me.

Has DLA finished and now do I have to apply for PIP?

Sending gentle hugs to every one

Hi Mub 40

Happy New year to you - Yes now you apply for PIP a little different so good luck let us know how you get on and if you need assistance with forms if you go on Fibroaction.org and send a message to Mdaisy she is brilliant in that department. Best of luck

Hello Mub40,

As Gins says for all new claimants it is PIP. If you would like to email info@fibroaction.org we can help you with information & advice how to claim PIP.

I look forward to hearing from you
