I live in Bangor and I have a good doctor. She has sent me to consultants for all the symptoms I have since being diagnosed. I only had one appointment with her and she immediately for an appointment.

She has a couple of other FM patients.

Apparently Dr Lee in Craigavon Hospital is the best Dr for Fibromyalgia...but it's getting an appointment. See if your own Dr will refer you..just ask him/her for a referral.

Glad someone else from Northern Ireland.

I'm with High Street, Lurgan Surgery, and not one of those Dr's know very much or anything about Fibromyalgia, whatever I read or find on here, I write it down and ask my Dr..wish I could find a good Dr who understands the pains etc and is not minggy with medications.

Hello all,

It is good to hear some replies of Fibro Friendly Gp's & Consultants, We are always looking to fill our Directory with up -to-date information & contact details about these Healthcare Professionals.

Listed here are healthcare professionals (consultant doctors, GPs, physiotherapists, etc) who have been recommended by Fibro patients as having a good understanding of, and treating, Fibro. They should be willing to work with Fibro patients to help them best manage their condition. If you would like to recommend a healthcare professional or clinic, please contact us with their name and address, along with a short patient testimonial

fibroaction.org/Pages/Healt...

Please do email info@fibroaction.org with this information to be added to our website, don't worry only your initials are used with the testimonial !

It all helps so others can find these Doctors more easily

Many Thanks in advance

Emma
