Here we are nearly at the break of dawn,

What' this I see ah a little fawn.

Every morning she appears near the edge

By the low brown wintery Hedge.

I wonder how long she will stay

Or like last year just fade away!

Morning Gins,

I have had a long night too with very little sleep. I wonder if most of the others are in dreamland, all cosy & warm.

Hope you are feeling OK ish this morning.

Morning all, I was so exhausted by my silly back/neck pain that I came to bed early last night...... Did I get to sleep.....nope not likely, just became more uncomfortable ggrr.... The doglets were doing aerobics for dogs on the bed, stretching out as far as they could (amazing how much space a tiny jack russell can expand to ;-) ) ...... So on it went, more oramorph, thought that might help, but no....then heard the church clock strike 7.00 and then bang......out like a light, so a credit of two and a half hours "sleep" but it is beautiful here with frost still on the ground even now.....bang goes my cosmos....always lasts until the first heavy frost !

Love your little tit :-) :-)

Morning all, just lately I have no probs going to sleep about two hours after I take my dosulepin but I keep waking up once or even twice in the night and if I wake up early morning say 4am I find it hard to go back to sleep.Think it might be time for a change of antidepressant as I was sleeping through the night with it before. And now I have to go bed really early at 9pm at the latest to compensate for it or else I can't function the next day.Cant see my g.p as she is rubbish and I need to find a new one.Can the dosulepin stop working after a while?ive been on it for 7-8 years now xxx
