Hi Foggy, not too bad, plodding on and hubby a lot better, apart from the pain still in his right kidney. He's getting bored now lol. But frustrated with all the time he has, he can't get anything done. Thanks you for asking. Hope you are ok and having a good day. I, myself, like us all on here have the everyday niggles of pain. Amazing how you get use to having it all the time and try and live with it.

Exactly, and that's what other people don't understand, that we can and do try to cope with it but when it hits us hard it hits us really hard......hmmm

I 've brought a fine loose leaf Chinese green tea with mango its very verrrrrrrrry yummy and light and refreshing

along with some fresh juicy plums, naughty but nice cambazola cheese, and an uncut loaf of granary bread

OMW.........goes and grabs all the plums and some granary bread and scuttles off into the corner with a clothes peg on her nose (what not a pretty sight ! ) and scoffs all the plums immediately............ Hang on, there could be an unpleasant occurrence later...,... stops scoffing plums, but too late methinks.....whoops.....

Methinks you either love it or hate it and I'm the later.....can't cope with blue cheese of any description.....not meant personally at all You would probably turn your sweet little mouse nose up at some of the rubbish cheese I eat......cheese spaghetti ...... I'm a heathen really
