give dwp a ring they will tell you

Fibrofoggiest profile image
Fibrofoggiest in reply toAndyandflo1

If you got 18 points then you will be in the support group I would think, so don't worry, give the DWP a ring for reassurance, but I would be very surprised if it wasn't the support group

It say ESA.reassessment appeal. So what u reckon.im so thick.

Me too. Been placed in the WRAG group in June. Have heard nothing directly from the DWP. The Work Programme informed me (via telephone) that they are going to arrange this for me. Does anyone know whether I have to sign up with the WP? I was initially attending the WP before I started to apply for ESA. They have kept in contact with me by phone since May last year.

Fibrofoggiest profile image
Fibrofoggiest in reply todowneygirl

Hi downeygirl, being in the WRAG isn't the same as the Support Group, it means that you will have to attend work focused activities and interviews, probably based at your local Jobcentre. As in all things DWP related, they are very slow on the uptake, but it sounds like you have been doing work focused things anyway, so it shouldn't impact hugely anyway. If you need more info give me a yell in messaging.

They make it hard to make people go back who can. It seems they achieved what they wanted for you. You should be able to complain to someone at the Advice and Help Centre and get your information back. You don't know who is doing what with it. Good luck with work, but keep any records and a diary, just in case, okay?

Hi kugagirl1.its a nightmare with them and a constant battle .I myself was thinking about not turning up as the stress was just to much and I'd got no energy left to fight them.i don't no what my next move would have been if I lost. Probably just curl up and sunk even lower in to myself. Im so sorry u didn't win id keep trying if were u as u not going to last at work .it will take over u at some point. So I start now so if u need to have time off it will already be in ur favour. I do wish u well and really hope things work out for u.mike

It is a massive drain all the loops they make you go through , im struggling at work a bit but im so determined to not go back & have to grovel for what is all our rights ill kill myself at work first . To be honest its like a waight has bean lifted of me .

If this job doesn't work out ill find another les active . Im lucky in a way cus we own our home There is a bit of Collateral in it so if it comes to it ill sell it or take in lodgers if i have to .

I hold my hat of to anyone who fights & wins they are amazing to do so with this illness .

Im doing my own fight just in another way lets hope we all win in the end a xxx Kuga
