ATOS LETTER

Hi All,

I have just received a letter from ATOS it contains a questionnaire that I have to fill in. It says that if I currently receive Incapacity Benefit, Income Support(on the grounds of illness or disability) or Severe Disablement Allowance, that my current benefit will be converted to ESA.

The problem ive got is that i am not in receipt of any of these benefits and I'M already on ESA. It says that the questionnaire should be sent back by 1ST October, I don't know what to do now. Any ideas??????

hi.i would just send letter back and put a note on the bottom explaining what you have just explained here...don't forget to photo copy it and send it recorded delivery x
