I lost my second appeal.

im so sorry to hear that tibby don't give up keep fighting the b.....ds,im sure ile be in your position soon as ive just submitted my review forms and im absoloutly dreading the outcome as ive already had to fight for my last 2 the second one being the worst as my dla was stopped for 6 mnths and it affected my other benefits and I ended up having to go bankrupt due to the build up of debts it was a very dark time as I had a lot of other bad stuff happning in the family to but I didn't give up and eventcianly got it back although at a reduced ratedue to consultant putting a question mark next to my diagnosis that was 2 1/2 yrs ago I am now challenging the mobility low rate I was awarded just waiting for their descision apparently my gp report got lost in post !! so he is having to do again and is taking his time well enough about me I wish you very good luck you know what they say about 3rd time xxxxx

Hi Munchkin. Thanks for your words, I know what you mean - my GP put down I was a malingerer. Yep 3rd tie lucky I hope but hears to another tough 17 months.

Hi Sandra. I subscribed, I've read, I've made notes and I gave them to other people but still I lost. Even though the history of DLA didn't into context that we can work, I am not sure of the remit on tribunal panels if that is the case anymore. The DLA would top up my wage when I am in so much pain all I can do is cry. But thanks anyway.

At Last! Just got confirmation I have support ESA and being back dated 25 weeks and to make me feel so much better they state I am entitled to the Xmas Bonus all those things I can spend £10.00 on over Xmas. Oh yes Gas, Electric, Rates, Mortgage, Debts,Petrol and what's left I can buy food!
