Totally Messed Up....

....had my Tribunal coming up, put the details in my phone calendar straight away. Called n asked for travel expenses, saw my advisor quoted the same date....arrived early to the Tribunal, the receptionist asked my name....I gave my name....she couldn't find it....she asked if I was meant to be attending....I said....of course I am....handing over my letter....turns out I was a day late....I nearly burst into tears....after nearly two years....I messed up by arriving a day late....how stupid am I??

The receptionist kindly called the clerk (although she laughed at me when re-telling the story), turns out the case was heard in my absence and they found in my favour for low rate care. Although I was relieved and pleased....the next day I did cry as my mobility is affected badly and I strongly believe if I actually made it on the correct day I may have got that element too....is this bad of me? Seriously?

Thanks Gins, I'm trying to stay positive. I phoned my welfare advisor but she was very rude to me and put the phone down on me which added to my dismay. I just wish I had someone to talk to for some clarity....which is hard as my brain fog is getting worse. I don't know what to do :(

Onwards n upwards I guess....replace the negative with a positive!!

Hugs x
